1. Premium Equipment & Setups

Our lounge provides high-end gaming computers, consoles, peripherals, and racing rigs. By using our equipment, you agree to handle all hardware with care. You are strictly prohibited from altering system settings, downloading unauthorized software, or attempting to bypass network security.

Any physical damage caused to monitors, mechanical keyboards, headsets, or internal PC components due to negligence, rage-quitting, or spilled liquids will be billed directly to the user's account.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

Respawn Lounge memberships grant discounted hourly rates, priority booking for premium setups, and exclusive access to member-only events. Memberships are strictly non-transferable and must be linked to a single individual.

Monthly and annual billing cycles automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Tournament Participation

Entry into competitive tournaments hosted at Respawn Lounge requires compliance with our fair play policies. Use of macros, aimbots, or any third-party competitive advantage software will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the premises.

Tournament prize pools, distributions, and bracket formats are determined prior to the start of the event. Management decisions regarding disputes, lag compensation, or hardware malfunctions during a match are final.

4. Food & Drinks Policy

To maintain the cleanliness of our hardware, all food and drinks must be purchased from the Respawn Lounge cafe menu. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the gaming zones.

Beverages must be kept in spill-proof containers provided by our cafe. Please keep all food items away from keyboards and controllers to ensure optimal performance for the next player.
